* Todd C. Welch, 32, New Sharon, failure to appear, Nov. 6, $500 cash bail, court appearance Jan. 8, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

* Casey Taylor, 27, Rangeley, domestic violence assault, violation of condition of release, Nov. 6, no bail listed, Rangeley Police Department.
