Music for Mavis will present T-Acadie in “Hidden Gems of the Holidays,” a concert of lesser-known holiday songs and tunes at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, in the Community Room of the Leavitt Institute Building, Turner. Members of the group include

, who specialize in the music of New England and French Acadia, but also enjoy playing a capella music. The concert will include southern gospel songs and old-time tunes, French carols, old English wassail songs, and a Cajun Christmas song. Suggested donation of $10.
