Bates College senior and Aspirations intern Destany Franklin and Aspirations Coordinator Laura Personette recently held a winter coat distribution for residents of Lewiston Housing Authority’s Hillview development. Franklin applied for the donation through Clothes4Soles/Soles4Soles. Thirty coats for men, women and children were given away, along with scarfs, hats and gloves purchased through the Aspirations Program.
