AUBURN — The Woman’s Literary Union of Androscoggin County will host an evening of Bunco from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at the historic Horatio and Ella Foss Mansion, 19 Elm St.

If you’ve never played Bunco before, the evening begins with instruction and practice before the real playing begins, and it’s all fun.

A frequently asked question: Will I lose my “man card” if I play Bunco? The answer is no. Men are welcome at Bunco.

Light snacks and prizes will be provided.

A book sale will also take place — great books for $1/each. All donations help WLU maintain the historic Foss Mansion as well as give scholarships to local students.

The event is open to the public. Admission is a $5 donation at the door.
