TURNER – The wedding of Therese Knoll and Donald E. White was held at 5 p.m. on Aug. 23 at Turner Highlands Golf Course. Jeffrey M. White officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. White is the daughter of the late Roger and Emelda Rioux. Mr. White is the son of John White of Minot and the late Evelyn White.
The bride was given in marriage by her daughter, Stacy Knoll. She wore a pale pink fitted chiffon gown with V neckline and beaded bodice and skirt adorned with pearls, sequins and lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses and pink hydrangea.
Ring bearer was Jamie D. White, son of the bridegroom.
A reception followed at Fore Seasons Restaurant at the Turner Highlands. The couple is planning a cruise to the Caribbean in December. They are residing in Auburn.
The bride received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Orono and is employed as a physical education teacher in grades kindergarten through six for the Lewiston School Department.
The bridegroom received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine at Orono and is employed at Keller Williams Realty Mid Maine.
