LEWISTON – The wedding of Jennifer Marie Caron and John George Antonakakis was held at 5 p.m. on May 21 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. The Rev. Ted Topses officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. Antonakakis is the daughter of Conrad and Suzanne Caron of Greene. Mr. Antonakakis is the son of George Antonakakis of Randolph, Vt., and the late Pamela Antonakakis.

The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore a full-length ivory satin gown with lace overlay adorned with rum-colored beads. She carried a cascade of gardenias, white Casablanca lilies, stephanotis, peonies, champagne colored roses and Dendrobium orchids.

Julie Roberts was maid of honor for her friend and Jen Martel was matron of honor for her friend. Bridesmaids were P.J. Toulis and Tashy Toulis, nieces of the bridegroom.

Best man was Demetrios Antonakakis, brother of the bridegroom, and ushers were Stephen Caron, brother of the bride, and Ryan Bernier, cousin of the bride.

A reception followed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn, after which the couple traveled to Greece. They are residing in Charlottesville, Va.

The bride is a 1994 graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and a 1998 graduate of St. Anselm College with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed at the University Hospital at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

The bridegroom is an undergraduate of Boston University and the University of Vermont School of Medicine. He is a resident in anesthesiology at University Hospital at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.
