LEEDS – Travis R. Boivin and Mary E. Veno were married on July 4 in a very private ceremony at the home of the bride. Notary public Ron Veno, father of the bride, performed the double ring ceremony.

Best man was the bridegroom’s close personal friend, Laverne Fahnestock. Meghan Veno, sister of the bride, was maid of honor.

The bride is the daughter of Ron Veno of Leeds and Marguerite Moody of Manchester. The bridegroom is the son of Karen Meader of Leeds and Roger Boivin of Turner.

The wedding ceremony was attended by the immediate family, including stepfather of the bride, Darrell Moody, and sister of the bridegroom, Michelle Arsenault, her husband, Shane, and their two children, Landon and Logan.

The bridegroom is currently employed as a mechanic with Ron’s Transmission in Wales. The bride is enrolled in the nursing program at the University of Maine at Augusta and is also employed as a CNA at St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston.

After a short honeymoon trip to Boston, the couple resides in Leeds.
