PHILLIPS – Paul and Brenda Wilcox of Phillips and Bill Bailey of Avon are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Sherra L. Bailey, to Douglass Osgood, son of Nancy Osgood of Vermont and Craig Osgood of New Hampshire.
Mr. Osgood is a 1993 graduate of Mt. Blue High School and is currently self-employed in the floor installation business.
Miss Bailey is a 1997 graduate of Mt. Abram High School and also received a bachelor’s degree in community health from the University of Maine at Farmington in 2002. She is currently employed at International Paper in Jay.
The couple will be married in Weld on Sept. 3.
