AUBURN – Edward and Kathy Talpey of Auburn are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Lynn Talpey, to David A. Gunderson, son of Duane and Chalow Gunderson of Avondale, Ariz.
Miss Talpey is the granddaughter of Joseph Harvey and Peg Theriault of Auburn and Frank and Cecilia Talpey of Englewood, Fla. She is a 2002 graduate of Edward Little High School and is currently employed at Clover Health Care in Auburn as a receptionist.
Mr. Gunderson is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Goodwin Gunderson of Elderon, Wisc., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Boonsong of Thailand. He has a son, Nathaniel of Vernon Hills, Ill. He is a 1992 graduate of Warren Township High School in Gurnee, Ill., and a 1996 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in business. He is currently employed at Cell Phones and More in Portland.
The wedding will take place at 4 p.m. on May 14 at the Sixth Street Congregational Church in Auburn, with a reception to be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn.
