Maine Poet Laureate Wesley McNair shares stories about his family roots and history to a large crowd at the Rumford Public Library on Thursday evening. McNair, a nationally recognized distinguished poet and writer, was to also read from his newly released book of poetry, “The Lost Child: Ozark Poems.” The poems tell stories about his mother, who was born and raised in the Ozark mountains of Missouri, and her people.
