, a broker for BerkShire Hathaway Home Services, Northeast Real Estate in Auburn, Maine. I started in real estate in January 2006 for ERA Worden Realty of Auburn during which time I made “top 25” in sales for the company twice in the state.
In 2013, ERA Worden was purchased by Prudential Northeast Properties and last but not least as of September 2014, we were purchased by BerkShire Hathaway Home Services, Northeast Real Estate. This is a company that I am very excited about and extremely proud to be a part of. The technology we have with this wonderful company is state of the art and like none other that I have dealt with. Very exciting news!
Prior to that, I was owner and operator of a very busy floral and gift shop called “The Enchanted Florist & Gift Shop” for 20 years in West Paris.
I am a director for the River Valley Chamber of Commerce and also am a director for OXBAR which is Oxford County Board of Assessors.
In my spare time — which is little to none — smiles, I enjoy swimming, jewelry design, painting and working with dried flowers. I also take four to six days a month to assist in the running of a local food pantry — Woodstock Seventh Day Adventist Food Pantry located in Woodstock Maine — which I have been involved in for 10 years. This is very rewarding work.
Real estate is what I would consider my dream job because it allows me to assist folks with what is typically one of the biggest decisions they will ever make.
Helping people in this complex procedure is very rewarding as I get to see happy sellers and elated buyers on closing day. The buying and selling process should not be a burden, but a pleasure and my mission is to do all I can to see to it that it is.
My work takes me to many counties which makes life interesting to say the least! I can assist you in the sale of your existing property and/or assist you in the purchase of a new property. I deal with commerical, residential, waterfront, land, condos and multis.
