AUBURN – Mitch Thomas & Friends will present “An Advent Afternoon of Christmas Music” at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 20, at the Auburn United Methodist Church.

Thomas, a pianist, singer and songwriter, has organized this annual benefit concert for many years. Performing will be soloists Kristen Thomas, Katie St. Pierre, Caroline Young Coffin and Vincent Ratsavong; bassist Jeff Munson; pianist John Twitchell; drummer Rick Smith; guitarist Neil James; and organist Norma Rice-Gould.

The concert will conclude with Thomas’ original Christmas song, “Light a Candle for Peace.”
