The Sebago-Long Lake Music Festival will continue its 36th season of chamber music concerts with a performance devoted to the music of Beethoven Tuesday, July 22, at Deertrees Theater in Harrison. Beethoven’s early, lighthearted Serenade for flute, violin and viola will be followed by the Piano Trio in D Major, nicknamed “The Ghost” for its evocation of mystery. The program will conclude, as did Beethoven’s creative output, with the deeply intimate String Quartet, Op. 135. Among the musicians who will perform are violinists Movses Pogossian, above, and Varty Manouelian, an Armenian couple popular at SLLMF concerts over the last eight seasons. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 with free admission for those under 21. Tickets are available online at www.sebagomusicfestival.org or by calling 583-6747.
