RUMFORD — Funeral services for Nellie F. Burgess were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 8, at the Virgin Memorial Chapel of Rumford United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Carol Stevens officiating.

Jo-Ellen Winslow was the pianist. Musical selections included “Amazing Grace” and “The Old Rugged Cross.” “In the Garden” was sung by the Church Belles. Spring interment will be at East Rumford Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of Meader & Son Funeral Home, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
