Androscoggin County Republican Committee to meet
AUBURN — The Androscoggin County Republican Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, May 18, in the Community Room on the second floor of the Auburn Hall, 60 Court St.
The guest speaker will be Mary Mayhew, DHHS Commissioner.
All Registered Republicans are invited and welcomed to attend.
Daisy Girl Scouts holding sign up, flower party
SABATTUS — Daisy Girl Scouts will welcome new girls at its flower party and sign up at 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, at the Sabattus Primary School.
The flower party will explore traditions and teach what being a Girl Scout means. Each girl can also make her first swap.
The Daisies are the youngest girl scout members with girls in kindergarten and first grade in the fall. Becoming a Daisy is free, and the program will teach girls about helping the community, will give new adventures and offer a setting to make friends.

Marine Corps League Detachment
LEWISTON — Marine Corps League Detachment 810 will meet at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at the Lewiston Armory, 65 Central Ave.
All Marines are welcome. The group meets on the last Thursday of every month, except in November and December.

Inattention, ADHD explored at Lifetree Café
LEWISTON — The challenges of paying attention and coping with ADHD will be discussed at Lifetree Café at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 28, at 1919 Lisbon Road.
The program, titled “How to Pay Attention: Tips From a Psychologist With ADHD,” features a filmed interview with psychologist Kevin Park.
Participants will discover practical tips for increasing their ability to pay attention and explore the challenges of ADHD.
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available.
Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation on life and faith in a casual coffeehouse-type setting.

Danville Junction Grange to meet
DANVILLE — The Danville Junction Grange will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 28.
The program will be a Memorial Service conducted by Chaplain Simone Morin.
Refreshments will be served at the close of the meeting. Members are reminded to bring coupons for troops. All members and guests are welcome to attend.
