Carole Wise plays acoustic favorites at Uncle Troy’s restaurant in downtown Auburn. An English teacher at Edward Little High School, she recently released her second CD, “Northeast by Southwest,” a compilation of 14 songs. Wise will perform at Uncle Troy’s from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 10, with no cover charge. A CD release party and performance will be held at The Carriage House in Lewiston May 25. Special guests are Dave Rowe, Kevin O’Reilly and Denny Breau. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. There is a $10 suggested donation. Uncle Troy’s is in the former Midnight Blues Club location.
