WALES — Regional School Unit 4 directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 1, for a workshop on the budget. The meeting will be held at Oak Hill High School in Room 133.
On June 9, voters turned down a proposed budget for 2015-16.
Using new figures available to the board, members are expected to re-examine the budget and formulate a new budget proposal for residents to consider.
The school board will present that revised budget to residents of Litchfield, Sabattus and Wales at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, at the Oak Hill High School gym.
A validation referendum will be held Tuesday, July 28, at the polls in all three towns.
