* Andrew Maillet, 36, of 111 Seventh St., Auburn, arrested by Sabattus police on a warrant, 10:18 a.m. Thursday at 3 Elm St., Sabattus.

* Timothy DePalmer, 49, of 55 Saco St., Westbrook, arrested by Sabattus police on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release, 1:44 p.m. Thursday on I-95, Sabattus.

ACCIDENTS

Auburn

* Vehicles driven by Elaine F. Merrill, 84, of New Gloucester and Elizabeth M. Landry, 34, of Lewiston collided, 11:28 a.m. Tuesday in Wal-Mart parking lot on Mount Auburn Avenue. Merrill’s 1999 Mercury passenger van and Landry’s 2004 Jeep SUV were towed due to disabling damage.

* A car driven by Carl J. Henson, 28, of Auburn struck two mailboxes and a tree, 12:27 a.m. Sunday on Pond Road. Henson’s 2001 Honda was towed due to disabling damage.
