FARMINGTON — The Fairbanks School Neighborhood Association Inc. will host two fundraising activities in February.

A Chinese auction will be held Sunday, Feb. 21, with bidding to start at noon, at the Fairbanks School, 508 Fairbanks Road, Route 4.

Drawing of tickets will take place at 1 p.m. Tickets are five for $1; buy 25, get five free.

There will be door prizes, and refreshments will be served.

The association will hold an origami workshop from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, at the school. Cost will be $4 for adults, $1 for children.

Those attending will learn the art of paper folding with Eddie Yuen as instructor.
