Lithuanian Heritage Club to meet

RUMFORD — The Lithuanian Heritage Club will meet at noon Wednesday, May 4, at Sam’s Italians on Route 2.

Everyone may attend.

Card making workshop in Jay

JAY — The Jay Niles Memorial Library will hold a card making workshop from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 21.

The $30 registration fee must be received before the day of event. The fee includes breakfast, lunch, supplies for 20 cards and one project. Participants should bring adhesive, scissors and markers or other writing supplies.

Registration is required by Saturday, May 7.

Lions Club seeks items for sale

WILTON — The Wilton Lions Club will hold its annual yard sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday, June 24 and 25, and from 8 a.m. to noon Sunday, June 26, on Route 2 and 4.

The club will pick up items donated to the sale. Proceeds will help the Lions to help the community. Donations are tax deductible, and club will provide a receipt upon request.
