OXFORD — The eighth annual Uptown Cruizahs Car Show will be on Sunday, Aug. 7, at 19 Industrial Drive.

There will be 23 classes of vehicles, ranging from antique autos and street rods to trucks to modern vehicles. There will be three awards in each class.

Registration is from 7:30 to 11 a.m. and costs $5. Admission is free for spectators, but donations will be accepted.

Show participants may vote in each class until 12:30 p.m., and awards will be given at 2 p.m.

The show will include a Chinese auction, food and music by Red Wing. 

Proceeds will benefit local organizations such as Santa Visits Oxford, Maine, the Veterans’ Home Activity Fund and Responsible Pet Care.
