AUGUSTA – Women, Work and Community honored Candace Sanborn of Encompass Marketing and Design, Auburn, as one of six statewide champions for Maine women and communities.

The recognition was held at its 30th anniversary celebration May 21 at University of Maine, Augusta.

Sanborn is a founding partner of Encompass Marketing and Design.

WWC is the only statewide comprehensive women’s education and economic development organization in Maine, with centers throughout the state.
