I have seen and been reading about how more and more people are going to jail, and it seems like for any reason at all. I don’t know the percentage of those who are repeat offenders, but from what I see and read, none of them really want to go back to prison.
So, knowing what they know about what it is like in prison, why do they go back to criminal activity? Again and again and again.
In jail, you are on edge, fearing all that is around you.
I understand that a very few are not guilty. I don’t believe those people have been in jail before.
But for the repeat offenders — why do they keep doing all those bad things? Some may get away with it for a while but, in the long run, they will be caught.
