MECHANIC FALLS — After a long battle with sarcoidosis, Ronald Marc Hebert, 67, of Mechanic Falls passed peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Ronald was a loving husband and father who served proudly as a United States Marine, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He loved to hunt and fish but mostly loved to be with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Josephine Hebert of Mechanic Falls; his mother, Carmen Hebert of Auburn; his brother, Daniel Hebert and his wife, Linda of New Jersey; his son, Michael Hebert and his wife, Tammy of Poland; his daughter, Lisa Severy and her husband, Quinton, of Buckfield; his grandchildren, Alexandria Hebert, Ashley Hebert, Hailey Severy, Ethan Severy and Rachel Jones; and his brother in arms, John Riley.
He was predeceased by his father, Marc Hebert of Lewiston.
