CARRABASSETT VALLEY — Edith Lucas Pagelson will speak at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, in the Carrabassett Valley Public Library and Community Center’s Begin Family Community Room.

Pagelson, a Holocaust survivor, is the author of “Against All Odds: A Miracle of Holocaust Survival.” She lives in Falmouth.

The talk is free and open to the public.
