LEWISTON – Outsource Works, a nonprofit provider of assembly, packaging, fulfillment and other industrial services, announces the hiring of Russell Desrosiers as production manager. A resident of Scarborough, Desrosiers brings decades of domestic and international production, plant management and operations experience.

Desrosiers has worked for such companies as Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and Wiremold Inc. He has also opened and developed various production facilities around the globe, and has led process improvement in nine countries. A certified Six Sigma Champion, Desrosiers has also led three ISO upgrades, and is a Lean Concepts practitioner.
