MAINE — Open enrollment under the Affordable Care Act begins Nov. 1 and lasts through Jan. 31, 2017.

Those who want coverage to begin Jan. 1, 2017, must enroll by Dec. 15.

Health care plans can be compared at www.healthcare.gov.

Those already covered by plans under the ACA may also change them.
