CHESTERVILLE — A story published on Page B2 on Saturday, Nov. 19, about election complaints in Chesterville should have said former Selectman Scott Gray was the first who mentioned that a moderator’s handbook states that when there are more than seven days between an election and the swearing-in of officials, a constable must hand-deliver a letter from the town clerk advising the elected officials need to be sworn in. Former Selectman Anne Lambert later pointed out where the information could be found in the manual. It was a reporting error.
Correction: Gray spoke about manual rules
