RUMFORD — The River Valley Healthy Communities Coalition has released a list of free indoor walking opportunities in the River Valley area:

Greater Rumford Community Center: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at 50 Congress St., Rumford. FMI: 207-369-9906.

Mexico Recreation Center: 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 p.m. to midnight Saturday at 3 Recreation Dr., Mexico. FMI: 207-364-4912.

Dirigo High School: 6 to 7 a.m. and 4 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at 145 Weld St. in Dixfield. FMI: 207-562-4251.

Mountain Valley High School: 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday at 799 Hancock St. in Rumford. FMI: 207-364-4547.

Region 9 School of Applied Technology: 7 to 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday at 377 River Road, Mexico. FMI: 207-364-3764.

Walking is not available at school locations if school is canceled.
