LITCHFIELD – David Kamila, an engineer and land-use professional who lives in Litchfield, has been elected to the Maine Real Estate & Development Association Board of Directors.

Kamila is a principal with Stantec Consulting Ltd. in its Portland office. He worked for Land Use Consultants in Portland for 27 years, including the past seven as president. He recently sold the firm to Stantec Consulting.

He lives in Litchfield with his wife, Terry. They have two daughters.
