LEWISTON – A free workshop for anyone interested in starting a business is being offered in Lewiston starting Oct. 12. The Basics of Starting a Business is a joint project of the Maine Centers for Women, Work, and Community, and the Women’s Business Center at Coastal Enterprises Inc. The three-part series will cover what it takes to run a business, the basics of marketing a product or service, and how to do a cash flow. Preregistration and attendance at all three sessions is required.
