MECHANIC FALLS – Dave Griffiths, a freelance writer, editor and writing instructor from Mechanic Falls, recently presented at a five-day executive communications workshop for senior federal executives at the Office of Personnel Management’s Western Management Development Center in Denver.

Working as an associate with the Washington-based Pincus Group, Griffiths taught a daylong writing class and assisted on another day devoted to media training. The participants included the chief of engineering at NASA’s Langley Research Center and the director of the Office of Device Evaluation at the Food and Drug Administration.
