SOUTH PORTLAND – The University of Southern Maine Lifeline Institute will offer two sections of its Certificate in the Fundamentals for Worksite Wellness course starting April 4 in Topsham and April 6 in Saco.

The six-week professional training courses will run from 9 to 11 a.m. Registration deadline is March 31. Classes are designed for employers of any size looking to acquire the skills and working knowledge to either start a new wellness program or expand an existing one. Sessions will cover the fundamental building blocks of assessment, design, marketing, implementation and evaluation for best practice work site programs.
