DIXFIELD – Lauren Hebert of SmartCare Physical Therapy announced that SmartCare will open a physical therapy clinic on Route 4 in Turner in February. This will be a satellite of the Dixfield office.
SmartCare specializes in treatment for musculo-skeletal conditions such as back pain, neck pain, tendinitis, sports injury, headache, TMJ disorders, vertigo, sprains and arthritis.
Dixfield native Lauren Hebert, physical therapist, is Board Certified in Orthopedics and has more than 32 years of advanced treatment experience. Hebert has presented to the World Physical Therapy Congress, American Physical Therapy Association, as well as state physical therapy conventions in Maine, California, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He is past president of the Maine Physical Therapy Association.
Hebert previously operated clinics in Augusta, Bangor, Rockland and Portland. He is also president of IMPACC of New England, a workplace injury prevention and ergonomics consulting firm.
