PORTLAND – Kathleen L. Walker has been promoted to associate supervisor with the U.S. Postal Service.

She had been with the Postal Service for seven years before completing a four-month supervisory training program, graduating with 18 other management trainees. Walker began her postal career as a clerk at the Lisbon post office, where she later served as an acting supervisor.

Walker is a graduate of Oak Hill High School in Wales. She lives in Sabattus with her husband and two sons.

She will supervise Lisbon post office employees, including city and rural letter carriers and clerks who serve the public at customer service windows.
