Westbrook – The Maine Credit Union League re-elected all of the 2004-05 officers to the same positions for the coming year at the recent Annual Meeting & Convention.

The officers and board members began serving in their elected positions for the 2005-06 year on May 1.

The 2005-06 table officers for the Maine Credit Union League Board of Directors are: Ralph Ferland, chairman, president/CEO of EMMC FCU in Bangor; Phil Moreau, vice chairman, president/CEO of Rainbow FCU in Lewiston; Richard Dupuis, secretary, president/CEO of Five County CU in Bath; and A Bosica, treasurer, president/CEO of Knox County FCU in Rockland.

In addition, A Bosica was elected to another three-year term as an at-large director, and David Sayers, president/CEO of Casco Federal Credit Union in Gorham, was elected to another three-year term, representing the Alex Ferguson Chapter of Credit Unions.

In other board news, Richard Lachance, president/CEO of Maine Education Credit Union in Augusta, was elected to a three-year term as a director representing the Kennebec Valley Chapter of Credit Unions. Lachance replaces Anne Boulette, director at KSW Federal Credit Union, who stepped down after serving on the board for the past 12 years.

The remainder of the 2005-06 Maine Credit Union League board members are: Eddie Plourde, president/CEO of La Vallee FCU in Madawaska; Normand Dubreuil, CCUE, president/CEO of Maine State CU in Augusta; Luke Labbe, president/CEO of St. Joseph’s CU in Biddeford; Gail Richardson, president/CEO of Midcoast FCU in Bath; and John Doe, director at Eastmill FCU in East Millinocket.
