AUBURN – Kate Davis-Saunders has joined Sue Meservier and Meservier & Associates as a full-time buyer specialist, according to ERA Worden Realty.

Davis-Saunders’ professional scope encompasses the development and maintenance of buyer-client relationships. She will specialize in first-home buyer sales, relocation sales and property upgrade research and sales. She recently obtained her sales agent’s license.

Davis-Saunders was previously associated with Cote Brothers Inc. and Walco Metroflex, where she worked as an accounts-receivable specialist and was most recently employed with Advantage Payroll Services, where she worked as a full-time payroll specialist.

She is a 1998 graduate of Edward Little High School and attended the University of Southern Maine at Lewiston/Auburn. She is a member of Auburn Baptist Church. She lives in Auburn her with husband, Daryan, and their sons Trevor and Cody.
