NEW GLOUCESTER – Rene Morin, president of Downeast Pension Services Inc., has announced that Denise Randall has become a new shareholder of the firm. Randall joins Morin, Nancy Doble and Curt Basso as shareholders of the firm.

Randall has completed her retirement plans associate designation and is the relationship manager for a large block of clients. She has been employed with DPS for 6 years. Formerly, she worked at Key Trust Co./Key Private Bank for 8 years. She is a graduate of University of Southern Maine with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She lives in Gray.

Downeast Pension Services Inc. is a third-party administrator for company-sponsored retirement plans, serving more than 450 clients in Maine and New Hampshire. The firm provides consulting, plan design, document, recordkeeping and compliance services. It specializes in all types of defined contribution arrangements, including 401(k) plans, profit sharing and pension plans. The firm is located at the Pineland Center campus in New Gloucester.
