LEWISTON – Maine Public Broadcasting congratulated nearly two dozen of its employees who have worked for the organization for 20 years or more at a recent ceremony.
A total of 22 employees were recognized for their longtime service and commitment to quality public television and radio services in the state of Maine.
Of those, 12 workers have been with MPBC for 25 years or more.
Herb Dean, a broadcast engineer and resident of Carmel, is celebrating his 41st year with the organization.
The employee with more than 40 years of service is Herb Dean. Employees with 30 or more years of service are: Earl Allen, Larry Vaughan, Keith McKeen and Bernie Roscetti. Employees with 25 or more years of service are: Ed Fowler, Jim Carter, Keary Nichols, Dick Wands, John Greenman, Ed Morin and Jane Warren.
The employees with 20 or more years of service are: Dave Sharpe, Carol Dean, Eric Bunford, Charles Beck, France Shea, Steve Dunn, Mary Murzin, Dave Roy, Dan Works and Bob Mullane.
