CHESTERVILLE – A special town meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday at the Chesterville Town Office.

Voters will consider whether to spend funds on the purchase of a 2004 plow truck and an amount needed to repair three sections on the town hall roof, said town Clerk Patricia Gordon.

To purchase the second-hand plow truck, voters will consider using $25,000 from the equipment reserve account and $45,000 from the general fund, she said.

For maintenance of the town hall, $1,000 from the general fund will cover the roof repairs.
