• Sara Welch, 20, Farmington, possession of schedule W drugs, furnishing schedule W drugs, conspiracy to traffic in prison contraband, Aug. 13, no bail listed as of Aug. 14, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Pamela Swett, 18, East Dixfield, violation of condition of release, Aug. 13, no bail listed as of Aug. 14, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.

• Ferren Jewell, 41, New Sharon, domestic assault, Aug. 14, $3,000 unsecured bail, Franklin County Sheriff’s Department.
