The sun is finally out and flowers are starting to blossom after a slow start to spring, Robin Presby of Farmington said Monday. Presby makes the hanging plants and mixed flower arrangements at Chretien and Sons Greenhouses in Livermore Falls and was busy there along with other workers getting plants ready for gardeners.
