FARMINGTON – The following arrests have recently been logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

Nevil Francois, 21, Strong, violation of condition of release Dec. 12 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 1.

Scott A. DeWar, 32, Farmington, probation violation Dec. 12 by Maine State Police. Released to Cumberland County on Dec. 14.

Rhonda Jo Marchetti, 33, Livermore Falls, failure to appear warrant Dec. 13 by Livermore Falls Police Dept. Cash bail of $200 provided for court appearance Feb. 1.

Cory Purington, 25, Farmington, unpaid fines/probation violation Dec. 14 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of Dec. 22, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

Thomas Roy Gusler, 20, Phillips, violation condition of release Dec. 14 by Rangeley police. Cash bail of $100 for court appearance Feb. 1.

Robert J. Decker, 29, Wilton, two warrants – failure to pay fine, violation of probation Dec. 14 by Wilton police. As of Dec. 22, he was still being held, according to a jail officer.

Leon J. Dalot Jr., 48, Jay, warrant – failure to pay fines/fees Dec. 15 by Jay police. Cash bail of $125 provided for court appearance on Dec. 28.

Julia Small, 29, Farmington, violation condition of release Dec. 17 by Farmington police. As of Dec. 22, she was still being held, according to a jail officer.

Hector Mendez-Nunez, 22, Dryden, driving without a license Dec. 17 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

Richard Bickford, 36, Dryden, criminal trespassing Dec. 18 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

Jeffrey Farrington, 34, Dryden, disorderly conduct Dec. 18 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

Douglas Thames, 41, Orrington, warrant for failure to appear Dec. 18 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Bailed on personal recognizance by the court. Future court date unavailable, according to a jail officer.

Brett Lovejoy, 18, Livermore Falls, warrants for unpaid fines Dec. 18 by Wilton police. Transferred to Androscoggin County on Dec. 19.

Thomas Bewder, 25, Jay, criminal speeding, driving to endanger, driving without a license Dec. 18 by Jay police. Cash bail of $100 provided for court appearance on Jan. 25.

Elwin A. Brown, 61, Carthage, domestic assault Dec. 18 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on Dec. 28.
