FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in Franklin County Superior Court:

Ross S. Adams, 39, Farmington, violating protective order March 25 in Farmington. Sentenced for 72 hours.

Luis M. Alves, 36, New Sharon, theft by insurance deception and giving false public alarm or report April 16 in New Sharon. First charge dismissed. For second charge, all but 14 days of a 120-day sentence were suspended, and he was ordered to make restitution of $1,000.

Roger J. Ames, 42, Jay, driving after habitual offender revocation Dec. 20, 2004, in Jay. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months.

William H. Ames III, 34, Wilton, charges of assault and obstructing the reporting of a crime Nov. 29, 2004, in Wilton were dismissed. For a charge of criminal mischief Nov. 29 in Wilton, a 180-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for nine months.

Peter D. Ankers, 48, Wilton, violating condition of release Dec. 14 in Wilton. A six-month sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Peter D. Ankers, 48, Wilton, assault Oct. 17, 2004, in Wilton. All but 75 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Renee Aucoin, 42, Rangeley, driving under the influence March 30 in Farmington. Fined, $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Keith O. Bachelder, 41, Strong, three counts of gross sexual assault June 12, 13 and 17 in Phillips. All three charges were dismissed.

Christy J. Bailey, 41, Bangor, stalking May 21 in Jay. Case dismissed.

Andrea M. Berard, 26, Jay, theft by receiving stolen property Feb. 19 in Jay. Case dismissed. For a second charge of theft by receiving stolen property Feb. 19 in Jay, a 270-day sentence was suspended and she was ordered to make restitution of $3500.

Ronald J. Berard, 32, Jay, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 19 in Jay. All but six months of a three-year sentence to the Department of Corrections was suspended. He was placed on probation for two years and ordered to make restitution of $4,000.

Keith S. Berry, 51, Newport, passing a stopped school bus March 3 in Jay. Fined, $1,000 and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service within six months.

Steven Blair, 41, Skowhegan, assault June 4 in New Sharon. Case dismissed.

Steven Blair, 41, New Sharon, terrorizing July 13 in New Sharon. All but 48 hours of a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for a year. A charge of violating condition of release July 13 in New Sharon. Case dismissed.

Brian Blasl, 47, Middlebury, Conn., driving under the influence and driving while license suspended or revoked Aug. 6 in Jay. Both charges dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger Aug. 6 in Jay, he was fined $500 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Jeff F. Bollette, 49, Rangeley, driving under the influence Jan. 22 in Rangeley. Fined, $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Ernest C. Bubar, 49, New Sharon, violating condition of release Nov. 22 in New Sharon. Fined $100.

Holly Rae Burnham, 24, Chesterville, assault July 17 in Weld. Charge dismissed.

Jeffrey C. Calden, 21, Jay, unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 31 in Jay. Fined, $400, sentenced for 48 hours. A charge of driving while license suspended or revoked July 31 in Jay was dismissed.

Nathan J. Carleton, 18, Strong, driving to endanger April 7 in Farmington. Case was dismissed. For a charge of speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit April 7 in Farmington, fined $700 and license suspended for 30 days.

Brian R. Clarke, 25, Rangeley, driving a snowmobile under the influence Jan. 23 in Rangeley. Fined, $400.

Kevin B. Collins, 36, Oakland, two charges of sexual exploitation of a minor May 20 in Eustis. First charge dismissed. Second charge, all but two years and six months of a five-year sentence was suspended.

Keith Cookson, 46, Embden, failing to make oral or written accident report Feb. 4 in Temple. Fined, $200.

William J. Cote, 39, Leeds, driving under the influence April 22 in Jay. Case dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger April 22 in Jay, fined $400 and license suspended for 30 days.

Ronald H. Crosby Jr., 34, Portland, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 3 in Kingfield. Case dismissed.

David K. Croteau, 25, Farmington, assault June 12 in Farmington. Case dismissed.

John M. Cyr, 38, Old Town, failing to make oral or written accident report April 27 in Phillips. Fined, $300.

Timothy R. Darnell, 28, Strong, assault June 25 in Strong. A 90-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for a year.

Adrian Dobson, 28, Sidney, driving under the influence May 15 in New Sharon. Fined, $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days. Charges of assault and terrorizing May 15 in New Sharon were dismissed.

Peter S. Dunwoody, 53, Kingfield, driving while license suspended or revoked Feb. 4 in Kingfield. Fined $500 and sentenced for five days.

Arion Emery, 22, Farmington, burglary, aggravated criminal mischief and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 20 in Temple. For each charge he was sentenced to 30 days, and his probation was partially revoked.

Harold W. Enman, 37, Farmington, criminal mischief, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention May 23 in Farmington. For each charge, all but seven days of a 90-day sentence was suspended.

David A. Farrington, 43, Wilton, driving under the influence June 16 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 72 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Michael S. Fillmore, 35, Bar Harbor, habitual motor vehicle offender Feb. 26 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $1,500.

Neril Francois Jr., 22, Strong, assault May 17 in Strong. Case dismissed.

Richard J. Gariepy, 44, Phillips, driving under the influence June 18 in Farmington. Case dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger June 18 in Farmington, fined $600 and license suspended for 30 days.

Michael Gatcomb, 22, Farmington, burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 29, 2002, in Farmington. For each charge, he was sentenced to 60 days and probation partially revoked.

Michael Gatcomb, 22, Farmington, burglary of a motor vehicle Sept. 17, 2002, in Temple. Sentenced for 60 days and probation partially revoked. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 17, 2002, in Temple, he was sentenced for three months.

Gerald W. Gilman, 57, Norridgewock, driving under the influence June 1 in Farmington. Fined $850, sentenced for seven days and license suspended for 18 months.

James R. Gilpatrick, 36, Livermore Falls, burglary June 12 in Jay. All but two years and 213 days of a six-year sentence suspended, and he was placed on probation for four years.

Joseph R. Gordon, 23, Farmington, habitual motor vehicle offender Feb. 10 in Washington. Fined $500. For a charge of driving under the influence Feb. 10 in Washington, he was fined $700, and all but 30 days of a 270-day sentence was suspended. He was placed on probation for a year, and his license was suspended for 18 months.

Jeremy L. Graham, 31, Auburn, driving after habitual offender revocation April 10 in Farmington. Sentenced to four months. For a charge of escape April 10 in Farmington, sentenced to four months. Charges of driving under the influence and unlawful use of license April 10 in Farmington were dismissed.

Tina M. Greenlaw, 33, Madison, reckless conduct July 3 in Industry. Fined $200 and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.

Angela Greenwood, 27, Industry, driving under the influence, refusing to sign criminal summons June 18 in Farmington. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger June 18 in Farmington, fined $800 and license suspended for 30 days.

Jason M. Hanson, 27, Farmington, reckless conduct July 24 in Farmington. Sentenced for seven days and probation partially revoked.

Joseph Jacob Hartford, 19, Augusta, criminal trespass Aug. 11 in Jay. Case filed.

Sarah E. Hay, 27, New York, N.Y., disorderly conduct Feb. 13 in Carrabassett Valley. Fined $100.

Dale A. Howard, 43, Avon, unlawful sexual contact Feb. 28 in Avon and aggravated trafficking, furnishing, cultivating scheduled drugs Feb. 27 in Avon. For each charge, sentenced for a year and probation partially revoked.

Marcus R. Hughes, 20, Rangeley, driving under the influence July 10 in Rangeley. Case dismissed. For a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention July 10 in Rangeley, fined $200. For a charge of failing to notify of motor vehicle accident July 10 in Rangeley, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days. A charge of failing to make oral or written accident report July 10 in Rangeley was dismissed.

William Karn, 18, Falmouth, driving to endanger March 27 in Farmington. Case dismissed.

Florence Komulainen, 56, Phillips, driving after habitual offender revocation Jan.24 in Phillips. Fined $1,500. A charge of failure to register vehicle Jan. 24 in Phillips was dismissed.

Bruce Korin, 41, Philadelphia, Pa., driving to endanger Aug. 2 in Jay. Fined $1,000.

Joseph A. Lagasse, 64, Strong, aggravated forgery May 9 in Strong. Sentenced for 30 days. A charge of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 9 in Strong was dismissed. For charges of cultivating marijuana and possession of firearm by prohibited person May 9 in Strong, he was sentenced for 30 days on each charge.

Dana A. Ledger, 29, Norridgewock, driving under the influence May 10 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, and his license was suspended for 90 days. A charge of driving vehicle without license May 10 in Farmington was dismissed.

Guy K. Levins, 42, Rochdale, Mass., driving under the influence Feb. 7 in Rangeley. Fined $750, sentenced to five days, and his license was suspended for 90 days.

William J. Levins, 43, Stowe, Vt., unsworn falsification April 9 in Carrabassett Valley. Case dismissed. For a charge of trespass by motor vehicle April 9 in Carrabassett Valley, fined $500.

Ronald A. McLean, 45, Stratton, driving under the influence June 29 in Eustis. Fined $700, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Adam Mears, 20, Jay, aggravated assault May 9 in Jay. Sentenced to 90 days and probation partially revoked.

Adam Mears, 20, Jay, assault Sept. 11 in Wilton. Sentenced to 90 days.

Jon A. Merrithew, 43, Strong, assault March 18 in Strong. Case was filed.

Richard Nadeau, 65, Stratton, driving under the influence April 29 in Jim Pond Twp. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Robert Nadeau, 35, New Sharon, driving after habitual offender revocation May 2 in New Sharon. All but 150 days of a two-year sentence suspended and, he was placed on probation for two years. For a charge of driving under the influence May 2 in New Sharon, fined $700, sentenced to 150 days and license suspended for 18 months.

James J. Nault, 63, Farmington Falls, terrorizing and violating condition of release Oct. 24 in Farmington. Sentenced to seven days, each charge.

James Nickerson, 55, Kingfield, negotiating a worthless instrument May 21 in Farmington. Case dismissed.

Nathan D. Perry, 35, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary Feb. 11 in Jay. Both charges dismissed. For a second charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 11 in Jay, fined, $200, and ordered to make restitution of $2,100.

Christopher N. Redman, 31, Jay, violating protective order April 3 in Jay. Fined, $300.

Dannial L. Reed, 30, Livermore Falls, violating condition of release Dec. 18 in Farmington. Sentenced for 90 days. Charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention and criminal trespass Dec. 18 in Farmington were dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release Dec. 18 in Farmington, she was sentenced for 90 days.

David L. Richards, 44, Augusta, driving under the influence April 9 in Farmington. Fined, $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jesse L. Richards, 22, Livermore Falls, unlawful sexual contact Sept. 1 in Jay. Sentenced for nine months and probation partially revoked.

Michael C. Ringer, 36, Wilton, possession of firearm by prohibited person Dec. 25 in Wilton. All but 60 days of a three-year sentence were suspended and he was placed on probation for two years. For a charge of assault Dec. 25 in Wilton, he was sentenced for 60 days.

Victoria M. Rivers, 22, Farmington Falls, two charges of assault Feb. 4 in Chesterville. Both charges were dismissed.

Kate L. Rodgers, 26, Rangeley, driving under the influence April 17 in Rangeley. Fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Philip J. Rose, 29, Farmington, failure to register vehicle Feb. 27 in Farmington. Fined $300.

Phillip J. Rose, 29, Farmington, driving after license suspension Feb. 19 in Farmington. Dismissed.

Phillip J. Rose, 29, Dorchester, Mass., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 25 in Farmington. All but 30 days of an 18-month sentence suspended and placed on probation for a year. For a charge of violating condition of release March 25 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 30 days.

Robert S. Ross, 42, Wilton, assault May 7 in Jay. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for a year.

Jenny A. Rusu, 21, Wilton, driving while license suspended/revoked-driving under the influence Feb. 13 in Wilton. Fined $1,000, sentenced for 30 days and license suspended for one year.

Lawrence P. Scott, 42, Phillips, driving after habitual offender revocation June 1 in Avon. Fined $2,000 and sentenced for 45 days.

Robert Smothers, 30, Farmington, assault Jan. 1 in Farmington. All but six months of a three-year sentence was suspended, placed on probation for four years. A charge of aggravated assault Jan. 1 in Farmington was dismissed.

Gerald Sturtevant, 42, Jay, assault March 8 in Jay. Fined $100.

Jennifer A. Sturtevant, 35, Jay, assault March 8 in Jay. Case filed.

John H. Sullivan, 24, Temple, driving under the influence Feb. 27 in Jay. Fined $700, sentenced for 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Scott C. Sweetman, 36, Pembroke, Mass., assault Jan. 16 in Rangeley. Fined $500.

Craig L. Tracy, 22, Canton, burglary July 30 in Jay. Sentenced for one year and probation partially revoked.

Jaime L. Valderrama, 28, Jay, driving after habitual offender revocation Dec. 12 in Jay. Fined $1,500.

Scott L. Webber II, 22, New Vineyard, driving under the influence June 4 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Stacy A. Wills, 30, Salem, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs July 2 in Salem. Charge dismissed. For a charge of unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug July 2 in Salem, all but 30 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended and Wills was placed on probation for a year. For a charge of endangering the welfare of a child July 2 in Salem, sentenced for 364 days and placed on probation for a year.
