FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Richard R. Adams, 19, Rumford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Jan. 18 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Ross S. Adams, 39, Farmington, violating a protective order March 25 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy S. Akeley, 21, Auburn, possession of marijuana May 29 in Farmington. He was fined $200. A charge of possession of hypodermic apparatuses May 29 in Farmington was dismissed.

Anne E. Allison, 39, Jay, criminal trespass April 25 in Jay. The charge was dismissed.

Luis M. Alves, 36, New Sharon, criminal attempt and giving a false public alarm or report April 16 in New Sharon. Both charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey S. Anderson, 41, Terryville, Conn., allowing a person 10 to 16 years old to unlawfully operate an ATV July 2 in Madrid. He was fined $100.

Keith O. Bachelder, 40, Strong, gross sexual assault June 17 in Phillips. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Christy J. Bailey, 41, Bangor, stalking May 21 in Jay. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Bald Mt. Camps of Oquossoc, violation of hazardous material regulation Aug. 9 in Oquossoc. The company was fined $250.

Florence M. Barnes, 51, Chesterville, criminal trespass May 12 in Farmington. She was fined $150.

Scott Belisle, 34, Rangeley, driving under the influence (two priors( May 25 in Dallas Plantation. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Jayson A. Bell, 23, Sanford, possession of marijuana May 28 in New Vineyard. He was fined $200. A charge of possession of hypodermic apparatuses May 28 in New Vineyard was dismissed.

James Bellefeville, 46, Farmington, burning prohibited material June 2 in Farmington. A $100 fine was suspended by $50.

Matthew L. Bennett, 23, Mexico, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor July 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Scott D. Bennett, 36, Dryden, driving while license was suspended or revoked May 28 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger May 28 in Jay, he was fined $300 and was sentenced for 30 days.

Jason Bernhard, 26, Middleton, Mass., driving an unregistered ATV July 5 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Heather S. Biedinger, 23, Wilton, two counts of unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs Jan. 19 and Jan 24 in Jay. Both charges dismissed.

David P. Billings, 33, Rumford, theft by deception Sept. 14 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jenny C. Bishop, 22, of Burlington, Vt., driving after license suspension July 1 in Farmington. She was fined $100.

Steven Boyd Blair, 41, Skowhegan, assault June 4 in New Sharon. The case transferred to Superior Court.

Steven Boyd Blair, 41, of New Sharon terrorizing and violating condition of release July 13 in New Sharon. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin G. Bliss, 50, of Oquossoc failing to stop for an officer June 16 in Rangeley. He was fined $300.

April M. Blouin, 30, of Mercer driving while license was suspended or revoked May 1 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Bradley T. Boivin, 19, of Jay driving to endanger June 4 in Jay. He was fined $250 and his license suspended 30 days.

Everett Christopher Bouchard, 18, of Farmington theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 1 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Eric Brewster, 33, of Lewiston assault May 17 in Jay. The charge was dismissed. For a second charge of assault May 17 in Jay, he was sentenced for 120 days. A charge of criminal trespass May 17 in Jay was dismissed. For a charge of assault May 17 in Jay, he was sentenced for 120 days. For a charge of violating condition of release May 17 in Jay, he was sentenced for 120 days.

Eric S. Brewster, 33, of Lewiston, theft by unauthorized use of property May 28 in Jay. The charge was dismissed. For a charge of driving under the influence May 28 in Jay, he was fined $700, sentenced for seven days and his license was suspended for 18 months. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked May 28 in Jay, he was fined $600, sentenced for 7 days and his license was suspended for 1 year.

Jeffrey L. Brochu, 36, Stratton, criminal conspiracy Feb. 22 in Farmington. The charge was dismissed.

Nichole L. Brochu, 21, Phillips, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit May 4 in Phillips. The charge was dismissed.

Gary R. Broniarczyk, 42, Acton, violating a fishing rule July 13 in Jim Pond Twp. He was fined $125.

Dustin A. Brophy, 30, Temple, failing to register vehicle April 27 in Temple. He was fined $150. For a charge of attaching false plates April 27 in Temple, he was fined $200.

Dustin A. Brophy, 30, Temple, theft of services April 27 in Temple. He was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $365.33.

Jeffrey S. Brown, 34, North Yarmouth, fishing with more than two lines June 11 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Michael D. Brown, 27, West Farmington, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, eluding an officer, passing a roadblock May 19 in New Vineyard. He was also charged with reckless conduct May 19 in Farmington and with violating condition of release May 19 in New Vineyard. All charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Duane A. Bulick, 48, Farmington, driving while license was suspended or revoked July 17 in Farmington. He was fined $250.

Lawrence M. Burke, 29, New Sharon, burning without a permit June 19 in New Sharon. He was fined $50.

Donald L. Burnell, 30, Phillips, two counts of gross sexual contact April 1 and May 1 in Farmington and with unlawful sexual contact and terrorizing June 29 in Farmington. All charges transferred to Superior Court.

Eugene M. Burnell, 23, Temple, criminal restraint Dec. 7 in Wilton. Sentenced for 48 hours and his probation was partially revoked.

Holly Rae Burnham, 24, Chesterville, assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child July 17 in Weld. All three charges transferred to Superior Court.

Rachel E. Burnham, 29, Farmington, unlawful sexual contact March 13 in Strong. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Tyler W. Burtsell, 40, Naples, driving an unregistered ATV July 4 in Weld. He was fined $100.

Leonard H. Byron, 52, Jay, assault May 15 in Jay. A 90-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges of criminal mischief and violating condition of release May 15 in Jay were both dismissed.

Susan M. Cabe, 46, Chesterville, violating condition of release Aug. 12 in Farmington. She was sentenced for 48 hours.

Jeffrey C. Calden, 21, Jay, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and with driving while license was suspended/revoked July 31 in Jay. Both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Dana L. Caldwell, 50, Middleton, Mass., driving an unregistered ATV July 5 in Kingfield. He was fined $100.

Katie L. Caldwell, 20, Middleton, Mass., driving an unregistered ATV July 5 in Kingfield. She was fined $100.

Paul R. Caldwell, 43, Chesterville, assault Aug. 21 in Chesterville. The case was filed.

Lucas J. Campbell, 24, Phillips, negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 28 in Dallas Plt. He was fined $150 and ordered to make restitution of $150.

Scott A. Campbell, 35, Boothbay, possession of marijuana June 1 in Avon. He was fined $200.

Timothy A. Canwell Sr., 58, Roxbury, driving an ATV on a public way July 2 in Madrid. He was fined $100.

Robert W. Cardwell, 51, Kokomo, Ind., rule violation, driving with false duty May 19 in Wilton. He was fined $750.

Stephen K. Carey, 34, Bradford, kindling fire without permit July 2 in Jim Pond Twp. He was fined $50.

John F. Carlton, 44, Wilton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 27 in Chesterville. He was fined $150.

David A. Carrier, 29, Mexico, driving under the influence May 17 in Jay. He was fined $1,200, sentenced for 30 days and his license was suspended for four years. A charge of driving after suspension May 17 in Jay was dismissed.

Francis J. Caruso, Jr., 39, Chesterville, ,driving while license was suspended or revoked June 11 in Chesterville. He was fined $250.

Jonathon Cavanaugh, 18, Farmington, arson April 17 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal mischief April 17 in Farmington, a 90-day sentence was suspended and he was ordered to make restitution of $818.

David M. Charron Jr., 18, Jay, violating condition of release July 2 in Jay. He was sentenced for 10 days.

Benjamin C. Chibuogwu, 67, Methuen, Mass., fishing without a valid license July 3 in Rangeley. He was fined $100.

Earl D. Chick, 21, East Wilton, driving an unregistered ATV Aug. 4 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Elizabeth A. Clark, 21, Portland, disorderly conduct May 1 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Matthew Clary, 28, Farmington, driving under the influence July 1 in Farmington. He was fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Ella L. Coffren, 18, Jay, the sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 24 in Farmington. She was fined $300.

Corey A. Cole, 33, Lewiston, possession of marijuana July 2 in Strong. He was fined $350. A charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 2 in Strong was dismissed.

Kevin B. Collins, 36, Oakland, sexual exploitation of a minor June 14 in Eustis. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Thomas R. Cook, 25, Livermore Falls, eluding an officer March 8 in Wilton. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Joel Coolong, 21, Strong, criminal threatening and criminal mischief March 29 in Strong. Both charges were filed.

Jason S. Cormier, 21, West Bath, littering May 28 in Kibby Township. He was fined $100.

Bobbie Jo Cote, 19, Farmington, criminal mischief June 28 in Eustis. Cote was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $200. A charge of criminal trespass June 28 in Eustis was dismissed.

A charge of driving a vehicle without license-condition/restricted July 18 in Farmington was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger July 8 in Wilton, he was fined $575 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Stephen Crandall, 47, Farmington, three counts of assault March 4 in Farmington. For each count, a 270-day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year.

Ryan P. Cronkhite, 21, East Livermore, disorderly conduct June 10 in Jay. He was fined $200.

Ronald H. Crosby Jr., 33, Portland, speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit July 3 in Kingfield. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Jarrod Currier, 24, Farmington, violating protective order May 10 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of violating condition of release May 10 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 72 hours.

Kevin L. Dente, 31, Doxbury, Mass., fishing without a valid license July 3 in Weld. Fined $100.

Henry J. Desroches, 40, Norridgewock, driving a vehicle without a license-conditional/restricted July 7 in Wilton. Fined $60.

Jamie E. Dewar, 30, Old Orchard Beach, driving under the influence March 20 in Farmington. Fined $500, sentenced for 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days. For a charge of driving while license was suspended or revoked March 20 in Farmington, fined $500.

Shane B. Dexter, 18, Wilton, attaching false plates June 9 in Farmington. Fined $100.

Adrian Dobson, 28, Sidney, driving under the influence, assault and terrorizing May 15 in New Sharon. All three charges transferred to Superior Court.

Tina L. Dolloff, 34, Jay, driving under the influence and driving after habitual offender revocation July 17 in Jay. Probable cause found for both charges.

April Marie Dowling, 35, Windsor, kindling a fire without permission July 30 in Township D. Fined $100.
