FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Jail:

Jarrod Currier, 23, of Farmington on a probation violation April 9 by Wilton police. He was released by District Court on April 11, according to a jail intake officer.

Benjamin Newton, 27, of Augusta on a probation violation April 11 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of April 20, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

Anthony R. Waas, 22, of Jay on a warrant for unpaid fines and charges of furnishing liquor to a minor and assault April 11 by Farmington police. He was released April 12 by District Court, according to a jail intake officer.

Nicole Bachelder, 20, of Farmington on a warrant-failure to appear-driving after suspension April 11 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on April 27.

Seth Foster, 20, of Kingfield on a charge of criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon April 11 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on May 4.

Larry Pond, 29, of Wilton on probation revocation April 13 by Wilton police. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on June 1.

John D. Elliott, 35 of East Livermore on three warrants April 14 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for release, according to a jail intake officer.

Donald Braley, 35, of Athens on a probation violation April 14 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released April 19 on personal recognizance by District Court, according to a jail intake officer.

James J. Nault, 62, of Chesterville on a violation of condition of release April 14 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on June 1.

Willard T. Howard, 22, of Stratton on a charge of domestic assault April 14 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on April 27.

Justin Ross, 28, of Wilton on a charge of domestic assault April 14 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Gary J. Therriault, 48, of Chesterville on a charge of reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon April 4 by Maine State Police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on April 27.

Matthew Wing, 30, of Kingfield on a charge of driving under the influence April 14 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $2,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Jeremy McGee, 26, of Jay on a probation violation April 5 by Jay police. He was released to Kennebec County Sheriff’s Office on April 5.

Thomas Smith, 31, of Lewiston on a warrant-unauthorized use of property April 5 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He was released April 6 for court appearance on July 6.

Mandy L. Churchill, 25, of Jay on a charge of failure to pay fine-driving under the influence April 6 by Jay police. Cash bail of $263 was provided for court appearance on May 18.

Mark Maillette, 33, of Lewiston on a probation hold April 6 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on May 12.

Walter A. Nichols, 47, of Wilton on a charge of assault class C on April 7 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Vincent E. Collins, 43, of Bingham on a probation violation-probation hold April 7 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of April 15, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

Kevin Phillips, 22, of Wilton on a charge of driving under the influence April 8 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Kelly L. Pagean, 29, of Gorham, N.H., on a charge of driving under the influence April 9 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Kristina N. Benson, 21, of Poland on charges of driving after suspension, driving under the influence April 9 by Farmington Police. Unsecured bail of $8,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Tressa A. Milligan, 30, of Jay on warrants for unpaid fines April 9 by Jay police. Cash bail of $135 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

David L. Richards, 44, of Augusta on a charge of driving under the influence April 9 by Farmington police. Unsecured bail of $5,000 was provided for court appearance on May 25.

Elizabeth A. Blais, 21, of Hampden on a charge of driving under the influence April 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on June 22.

Derrick W. Durrell, 37, of Strong on a charge of driving under the influence April 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on June 22.

Jeremy L. Graham, 30, of Lewiston on a charge of escape, habitual offender, driving after suspension April 10 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $1,000 was provided for court appearance on June 22.
