AUBURN — Parent-child workshops will be offered from 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. Tuesdays, October 6, 13, 20 and 27, at the Auburn Public Library, 49 Spring St. Sessions will be held in the Androscoggin Community Room.

The workshop is designed to familiarize parents and their young children, ages 12 to 36 months, with library and community services that promote child
development. Parents will play, sing and do crafts and activities with
their child while meeting other families with young children. Community
resource professionals will be on hand to discuss child growth, safety
and learning issues in an informal atmosphere of fun and discovery.
