LISBON FALLS – Vincent Richard Schwartz, 46, of 62 Free St,, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 13, at his home.

He was born in Portsmouth, Va., June 16, 1962, the son of Richard C. Schwartz and Nancy Gamage. He graduated from Brunswick High School, Class of 1980.

He was employed as a fisherman and carpenter, before becoming general manager for the Yarmouth Boat Yard. He retired following a work related injury in 2003. He recently owned Vinnie’s Lawn Care.

He was a member of the Androscoggin Chapter of United Bikers of Maine and Lisbon Falls United Methodist Church. He also enjoyed snowmobiling, boating and camping on Jewell Island with his daughter, Jessica Jean Schwartz.

As a single parent, his main joy and focus in life was raising his daughter, Jessie.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica J. Schwartz of Lisbon Falls; his mother, Nancy Gamage of Topsham; his father, Richard C. Schwartz and his wife, Annette, of Red Bank, N.J.; two sisters, Theresa Champagne of Phippsburg and Valerie Wiacek of Gorham; a brother, Tony Gamage of Augusta; and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Schwartz in 1993.
