WILTON — Bette A. LaBrecque, 73, a resident of Wilton passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, at her home.
She was born Aug. 14, 1943, in Fayette, the daughter of Harold L. Redman Sr. and Edda Hilda (Robertson) Redman. She was a graduate of Livermore Falls High School and continued her education in Connecticut. She worked 17 years for Pratt & Whitney in Connecticut, before returning to Maine. Bette enjoyed going to yard sales, cooking and was a great cook, but she especially loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her companion, Roger G. Plummer of Wilton; her son, Timothy Harris of Florida; stepchildren, Amanda and Jason Plummer; her brother, Harold “Boxer” Redman Jr.; and her sister, Manola Michaud, all of Jay; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her faithful dog “Taz.”
She was predeceased by her mother, father and her beloved stepfather, Norris LaBrecque; her sister, Almyra Redman; and her brother, Eddie Redman.
