AUBURN — Payroll Management of Auburn announces that Alvin Bugbee has joined its executive management team in the role of chief operating officer.
Bringing cross-organizational experience to his role, he is responsible for strategic leadership, process improvement and operational management of the company.
Bugbee’s accomplishments include: restructuring operating models, proven improvements in client satisfaction through client experience initiatives, leading teams in the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives, design and launch of a new industry loyalty program, and leading organizations and employees through organizational change.
Family owned and operated for more than 25 years, Payroll Management is one of the largest independent payroll companies in Maine. With 40 employees of their own and six sales people covering Maine and New Hampshire, the company manages all accounts from its headquarters at 100 Manley Road in Auburn.
